Account Deletion

There are two ways to delete your Muznara account and personal data. Both are free and need no justification.

Inside the app (immediate)

If the app is installed, this is the fastest way:

• Go to Settings → Permissions & Privacy → Delete my account.
• Confirm the page listing what will be deleted and enter the one-time code sent to your phone/e-mail.
• The moment the code verifies, your account is deleted.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible — there is no waiting period.

What is deleted, what remains?

Deleted: your profile (name, username, phone/e-mail), all your conversations with the assistant and the notes it kept for you, your photos, device and session records, push addresses.

What we must legally keep: records of the permissions you gave and the audit trail — attached to an identity-stripped stub, solely as legal proof. Your username is never given to anyone else.

Without the app (by e-mail)

If you no longer have access to the app, send your request from the e-mail address on your account, or state your phone number. Through the same channel you can also request deletion of specific data only (for example photos or conversation history) without deleting your account:

Your request is verified and completed free of charge within 30 days at the latest (KVKK Art. 13). Details are in the Privacy Notice.
