Terms of Use
Version 1.0 — Effective: 1 September 2026
These terms are the agreement for using the Muznara mobile app, formed between you and the data controller Hasan Özkan (Özkan Bilişim Sistemleri, İstiklal Mah. Mehmet Oğuz Bulvarı, İhsan Oğuz İş Merkezi, Kat 1 No: 119, Gazipaşa / Antalya, Türkiye — [email protected]) when you read and accept them at registration.
1. The Service
Muznara is a personal AI assistant: it converses with you in text and voice, keeps notes and reminders for you, and analyses content you give it. The service is under active development; features may be added, changed or removed.
2. Your Account
- Accounts open with your phone number or e-mail and a one-time code; there is no password. Do not share your codes.
- You choose a username at registration. It is your public identity; misleading, offensive or impersonating names are not allowed and may be removed.
- The service is for people aged 18 or over.
- You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us if you notice unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service unlawfully, to violate others' rights, to bypass its security, or to place unreasonable load on it. Violations may lead to suspension or closure of the account.
4. AI Output
What the assistant says is informational and can be wrong or incomplete. It is not professional advice on health, legal, financial or similar matters; do not base important decisions on its output alone. The assistant is an AI and identifies itself as one.
5. Content and IP
Content you provide remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service. All rights in the app, its brand and software are reserved.
6. Personal Data
Processing of personal data is explained in a separate Privacy Notice; accepting these terms does not constitute consent to data processing beyond acknowledging that notice. Consent for commercial messages is asked separately and is optional.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is"; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised. Except for our intent or gross negligence, liability for indirect damages arising from use of the service is excluded. Your mandatory consumer-law rights remain unaffected.
8. Changes
For material changes (a new major version) the app asks you to accept again; if you decline you cannot continue using the account and may delete your data. Minor edits are announced with a version note.
9. Termination and Deletion
You may delete your account any time inside the app (Settings → Permissions & Privacy → Delete my account); deletion is immediate and irreversible. We reserve the right to close accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; your right to apply to consumer arbitration boards and courts is reserved.
