Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 — Effective: 1 September 2026

Muznara is a personal assistant, so its work is personal by nature. This policy explains in plain language how we treat your data; the legal framework is the Privacy Notice, which prevails if the two differ.

What we collect

Your name, username and phone/e-mail for the account; device model, OS and push address for your device; and — the core of the service — your conversations with the assistant and the notes it keeps for you. We do not collect your location; microphone and camera activate only when you use them.

What we do not do

AI and your data

The assistant's intelligence relies on AI models processing your content — that is the service itself. Content is sent to the providers running the models (currently Google and OpenRouter; ElevenLabs for voice). Our contractual baseline is that your data is not used to train models; in the target architecture all AI processing is consolidated under one corporate provider with a signed Board standard contract (in progress — this policy will be updated at that step).

Where it lives

Our systems are hosted on Oracle Cloud infrastructure (abroad); the KVKK Art. 9 safeguard process for cross-border transfer is being carried out. Sign-in codes are delivered by Twilio (SMS) and Brevo (e-mail), notifications by Google Firebase; Cloudflare sits in front of traffic.

You are in control

Security

Data is encrypted in transit; system access is authenticated and logged; the sign-in endpoint only answers genuine app installations (device attestation). No system is perfect; if we detect a breach we will notify in line with our obligations.

Children

Muznara is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

For material changes the app asks you to accept again; every document carries its version and effective date.
